Apstrakt: Poslovna logistika u privatnom sektoru je dovoljno istražena i njena uloga je jasno definisana. Međutim, humanitarna logistika tek poslednjih godina dobija na značaju i uočava se potreba za njenim boljim razumevanjem i razvojem. Humanitarna logistika podrzumeva da se kroz proces planiranja, implementacije i kontrole efikasno izvrši prevoz i skladištenje roba, materijala, osoblja i ugroženih od mesta katastrofe do sigurnih mesta i obratno. Glavna svrha humanitarne logistike je spašavanje ljudskih života. Sledeći zadatak je minimiziranje štete izazvane katastrofom kako na privatnim posedima, tako i na infrastrukturi. Predmet analize u ovom radu jeste identifikacija i analiza ključnih aktera humanitarne logistike, kao i aktivnosti koje oni obavljaju u sklopu humanitarnog delovanja. Cilj rada je da kroz prikazivanje kompleksnosti procesa unutar humanitarne logistike, omogući bolje razumevanje značaja definisanja uloga i saradnje samih aktera i ukaže na potrebu većeg angažovanja na ovom polju

Abstract: Business logistics in the private sector has been sufficiently researched and its role is clearly defined. However, humanitarian logistics has only gained importance in recent years, and the need for its better understanding and development has been noticed. Humanitarian logistics implies that through the process of planning, implementation and control, the efficient transportation and storage of goods, materials, personnel and the beneficiaries are re‐allocated from disaster sites to safe places and vice versa. The main purpose of humanitarian logistics is to save human lives. The next task is to minimize the damage caused by the disaster to both private properties and infrastructure. The subject of analysis in this paper is the identification and review of the key actors of humanitarian logistics, as well as the activities they perform as part of humanitarian action. The goal of the paper is to, by showing the complexity of the process within humanitarian logistics, enable a better understanding of the importance of defining the roles and cooperation of the actors themselves and point out the need for greater involvement in this field
