У раду се изучава и интерпретира мотив Богородице у савременом српском песништву,при чему се као центар истраживања посматра песништво Ивана В. Лалића, ЉубомираСимовића, Матије Бећковића и Милосава Тешића. Проучавање започиње указивањем напорекло мотива Богородице, на разумевање њеног бића у различитим хришћанскимденоминацијама као и на њену улогу у свету, при чему се истиче и значај икона Богородице.Након тога, у раду се указује на дијахронијски однос према Богородици у традицији српскогпесништва, а с обзиром на широку распрострањеност мотива, нарочито у средњовековнојкњижевности, посебна пажња се указује на стваралаштво светог Јована Дамаскина, ДимитријаКантакузина, Гаврила Стефановића Венцловића, Лазе Костића и Момчила Настасијевића, чијиће утицаји бити видљиви и у савременом песништву. Централни део истраживања односи се надетаљан аналитички приступ поезији Ивана В. Лалића, Љубомира Симовића, Матије Бећковићаи Милосава Тешића, користећи се херменеутичким, затим компаративним приступом, као иметодом читања стих-по-стих, са посебним освртом на песме у којима је присутан мотивБогородице. Имајући у виду различита поетичка начела поменутих песника, свакој од овихпоезија се приступа методом која је у складу са етапом истраживања и проналази се место којеје Богородица у свакој од њих понела. Након указивања на специфичности приступа мотивуБогородице у оквиру сваког стваралаштва, пажња се усмерава и на елементе који су заједничкии могу се пронаћи у сваком од ових песништва, на основу чега се долази до увида да песме укојима је централни мотив Богородица представљају посебну подврсту молитве као песничкеврсте, чиме је и главна хипотеза овог рада потврђена. Утврђен је положај и метаморфозалирског/песничког субјекта у овим песмама, затим елементи обраћања Богородици, као иодлике ове песничке подврсте, при чему су се песме посвећене икони Богородице Тројеручицеуказале као новина у савременом српском песништву. Уочено је да је ова песничка подврста уактуелном књижевном тренутку добила свој пуни израз и да је њен значај незаобилазан како уодносу на књижевну традицију и прошлост тако и на будуће књижевне токове.

The paper studies and interprets the motif of the Mother of God in contemporary Serbianpoetry. At the same time, the center of research is the poetry of Ivan V. Lalić, Ljubomir Simović,Matija Bećković and Milosav Tešić. The study begins by indicating the origin of the motif of theMother of God, the understanding of her being in different Christian denominations, and her role in theworld, where the importance of icons of the Mother of God is emphasized. Furthermore, the paperindicates the diachronic relationship towards the Mother of God in the tradition of Serbian poetry.Considering the widespread distribution of the motif, especially in medieval literature, special attentionis paid to the creativity of St. John Damascus, Dimitri Kantakuzin, Gavrilо Stefanović Venclović, LazaKostić, and Momčilo Nastasijević, whose influences will also be visible in contemporary poetry. Thecentral part of the research refers to the detailed analytical approach to the poetry of Ivan V. Lalić,Ljubomir Simović, Matija Bećković and Milosav Tešić, using a hermeneutic, then a comparativeapproach, as well as the method of reading verse-by-verse, with a particular reference to the poems inwhich the motif of the Mother of God is present. Bearing in mind the different poetic principles of thementioned poets, each poetry is approached with a method in accordance with the research stage andthe place of the Mother of God found in each of them. After pointing out the specifics of the approachto the motif of the Mother of Godwithin each creation, attention is directed to the common elementsthat can be found in each of these poems, based on which one comes to the insight that the poemswhich have the central motif of the Mother of God represent a particular subtype of prayer as a poetictype, thus confirming the central hypothesis of this work. The position and metamorphosis of thelyrical/poetic subject have been established in these poems, then the elements of addressing the Motherof God, as well as features of this poetic subgenre, where the poems dedicated to the icon of the ThreehandedMother of God indicated to be a novelty in contemporary Serbian poetry. It was observed thatthis poetic subgenre received its full expression in the current literary moment and that its importance isunavoidable in relation to literary tradition and past and future literary trends.
