We are developing a thesis on the socio-political changes that took place in the territory of Yugoslavia in the period from the end of World War II to the Constitution of 1963., which in a way re-shaped the existing identity matrices, and by starting from the zero point gave a completely new basis for the construction of the social totality. Their foundation and installations date back to the pre-war period, so we explore the repercussions of the state system that were reflected in Yugoslavia, and more closely in Serbia, in the period of the formation of the transitional structure of the DFY, up to the Constitution of 1945. the establishment of the state entity of the FNRY, as well as the consequences of foreign-political relations up to and after the Informbiro resolution, and the flows that mapped new geo-political, economic, and cultural patterns. These changes are determined by the theoretical framework of the Bolshevik interpretation of the Marxist-Leninist doctrine, but they have taken an authentic project form in Yugoslav socialism of self-government, which brings a somewhat detour from the established direction, and produces a completely new creation on the territory of the Eastern Bloc, interesting to Western democracies, worrying about the Soviets. The aim of the research is to show that the consequences of the above affect democratic processes, and that an understanding of this period is necessary for the construction of both the personality of the individual and the society in transition as a whole, so that integration into contemporary political flows is possible, in the context of finding one's own place and identity. It follows that the processes of democratic transition are partly built on the platform of the socialist system of values, from which removal is possible, among other things, through the overall social engagement of the intellectual elite, through the system of education, and the redefinition of the system of values of Serbian society.

Изводимо тезу о друштвено-политичким променама које су се одиграле на просторима Југославије у периоду од завршетка Другог светског рата до Устава из 1963. године, а које су на својеврсни начин потрле постојеће идентитетске матрице, и пошавши од нулте тачке дале потпуно нов основ за изградњу друштвеног тоталита. Њихов фундамент и инсталације датирају из предратног периода, тако да истражујемо реперкусије државног система које су се одразиле на Југославију, и уже Србију, у периоду формирања прелазне структуре ДФЈ, до Устава из 1945. године, успостављање државног ентитета ФНРЈ, као и последице спољно-политичких односа до и после Резолуције Информбироа, и токове који су мапирали нове гео-политичке, економске, и културолошке обрасце. Ове промене су одређене теоријским оквиром бољшевичке интерпретације марксистичко-лењинистичке доктрине, али су добиле аутентичан пројавни облик у југословенском социјализму самоуправљања, што доноси донекле отклон од трасираног правца, и производи потпуно нову творевину на територији Источног блока, интересантну Западним демократијама, забрињавајућу за Совјете. Циљ истраживања је да покажемо да последице изнетог утичу на демократске процесе, и да је разумевање овог периода неопходно за изградњу како личности појединца, тако и друштва у транзицији у целини, како би интеграције у савремене политичке токове биле могуће, у контексту проналажења сопственог места и идентитета. Из тога произилази да се процеси демократске транзиције делом граде на платформи социјалистичког система вредности, од којих је отклон могућ, између осталог, и свеукупним друштвеним ангажманом интелектуалне елите, кроз систем образовања, и редефинисањем система вредности српског друштва.
