У раду се анализира идеја књижевног хронотопа Михаила Бахтина, њена вишезначности различити правци истраживања овог појма, да би се потом, на бази прецизираних теоријскихсмјерница, анализирао однос времена, простора и свјетлости у прозним дјелима Иве Андрића.Први дио рада теоријског је карактера и обухвата анализу Бахтинових дјела која се бавеидејом вријемепростора, тачније свих видова временско-просторних односа у књижевномтексту које Бахтин узима у обзир. Након тога, показује се куда су усмјерене главне гранеразличитих тумачења Бахтинове идеје хронотопа. На основу та два аспекта – Бахтиновог ибахтинолошког – рад прецизира сљедеће кључне аспекте књижевног хронотопа: односкњижевног хронотопа и стварности, питање дихотомије представљање – доживљавањевријемепростора, питање односа хронотопа и жанра, видове темпоралности у Бахтиновимстудијама о хронотопу, те хијерархију и кохабитацију хронотопâ у књижевном тексту.У другом дијелу рада, на темељу досадашњих достигнућа андрићологије на пољуспацијално-темпоралних и свјетлосних особености, теоријске поставке изнесене и разрађене упрвом дијелу рада доводе се у везу са претпостављеним особеним временско-просторно-свјетлосним цјелинама које препознајемо код нашег нобеловца. На тај начин износи се хипотезао постојању четири велика идејна хронотопска комплекса унутар прозног дјела Иве Андрића.Наредна цјелина рада подразумијева анализу Андрићевих прича и романâ, с циљем да седокаже постојање поменутих временско-просторно-свјетлосних комплекса, али и да се покажена који се начин у прозним дјелима Иве Андрића међусобно односе хронотопи различитиххијерархијских нивоа, те на који начин хронотопи егзистирају, дијалогизирају и сукобљавају сеу дјелима различитих (разлике између романа и приче) или истих (један роман наспрам другог)жанровских форми.Сходно томе, теоријска основа, у спрези са већ постављеним критеријумима унутарандрићолошких студија, кроз анализу самог корпуса у овом свјетлу, доводи до сљедећихзакључака: Идејно усмјерени микрохронотопи образују макрохронотопске цјелине које сепрепознају на нивоу развијенијих прозних текстова (прича и романа). Понављањем таквихмакрохронотопских структура формирају се велики, генерички хронотопи, тј. претпостављеначетири идејна временско-просторно-свјетлосна комлекса Андрићеве прозе. Осим тога, доказујесе на који начин се идејно различити хронотопи у дјелима доводе и у супротстављен,дијалогизирајући однос, с тим да се показује како хијерархијски однос и степен јачинесучељавања хронотопâ умногоме зависи од жанровског карактера текстова.

The paper analyzes the idea of Mihail Bakhtin's literary chronotope, its ambiguity and differentdirections of research into this concept, and later on, based on precise theoretical guidelines, it looksinto the relations between time, space, and light in the prose of Ivo Andrić.The first part of the paper is of a theoretical nature and includes an analysis of Bakhtin's worksthat deal with the idea of time-space, more precisely all types of time-space relations that Bakhtintakes into account in the literary text. After that, it shows where the main branches of differentinterpretations of Bakhtin's idea of chronotope are directed. Based on the two aspects – Bakhtin andBakhtinian – the paper specifies the following key aspects of the literary chronotope: relation betweenliterary chronotope and reality, opposition between representation and experience of time-space,relation between chronotope and genre issue, temporality aspects in Bakhtin's chronotope studies, andhierarchy and cohabitation of chronotopes in the literary text.In the second part of the paper, based on the achievements of studies of Andrić in the field ofspatial-temporal and light peculiarities, the theoretical propositions presented and elaborated in thefirst part of the paper are brought into connection with the presumed peculiar temporal-spatial-lightentities that we recognize in our Nobel laureate. Thereby, the hypothesis of the existence of four greatconceptual chronotopic complexes within the prose of Ivo Andrić is put forward.The next section of the paper involves the analysis of Andrić's stories and novels, with the aimof proving the existence of the mentioned temporal-spatial-light complexes, but also to show how thechronotopes of different hierarchical levels relate to each other in the prose of Ivo Andrić, and howchronotopes exist, dialogue and clash in the works of different (differences between novels and stories)or the same (one novel versus another) genres.Consequently, the theoretical basis, in conjunction with the already established criteria withinthe studies of Andrić, through the analysis of the corpus itself in this light, leads to the followingconclusions: Idea-oriented microchronotopes form macrochronotopic units that are recognized at thelevel of more developed prose texts (stories and novels). By repeating such macrochronotopicstructures, large generic chronotopes are formed, i.e., the four presumed conceptual temporal-spatial-light complexes of Andrić's prose. In addition, it is proved how and in what way conceptually differentchronotopes in works are brought into an opposing, dialogizing relationship, with the fact that it isshown how the hierarchical relationship and the degree of strength of confrontation betweenchronotopes largely depends on the genre character of the texts.
