Cilj ove disertacije je bio da se u in vivo uslovima ispita efikasnost multikomponentnog preparata (MR) za detoksikaciju mikotoksina, kao i da se prikaže mogućnost u ublažavanju štetnih efekata AfB1 i T-2 toksina pojedinačno ili u kombinaciji, uticaj istih na zdravstveno stanje, proizvodne rezultate, patohistiloške promene u tkivima, kao i prisustvo rezidua ovih mikotoksina u tkivima brojlera.In vivo ispitivanja izvršena su na ukupno 96 brojlera podeljenih u 8 grupa. E-I grupa dobijala je hranu sa 0,1 mg AfB1/kg hrane. E-II grupa dobijala je hranu sa 0,1 mg/kg AfB1 uz dodatak 0,2% ispitivanog multikomponentnog preparata za detoksifikaciju mikotoksina (MR). E-III grupa dobijala je hranu sa 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toksina, E-IV grupa dobijala hranu sa 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toksina uz dodatak 0,2% MR. E-V grupa dobijala je hranom kombinaciju 0,1 mg/kg AfB1 i 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toksina, E-VI grupa dobijala je hranom kombinaciju 0,1 mg/kg AfB1 i 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toksina uz dodatak 0,2% MR. Kontrolna grupa (K), dobijala je hranu bez dodataka tokom celog ogleda. MR grupa dobijala je hranom 0,2% preparata MR. Brojleri su mereni nedeljno, dnevno je beležena uneta količina hrane. Iz ovih podataka izračunavan je prirast i koeficijent konverzije (KK). Nakon šest nedelja brojleri su žrtvovani, a zatim su uzeti uzorci duodenuma, jetre, srca i Burze Fabricii (BF) za patohistološka ispitivanja, kao i uzorci grudne muskulature i jetre za ispitivanje prisustva rezidua AfB1 i T-2 toksina kao i njhovih metabolita (AfM1, HT-2 toksin, T-2 triol i T-2 tetraol).Tokom celog ogleda najlošije proizvodne rezultate ostvarili su brojleri E-V i E-VI grupe, kao i brojleri E-I i E-III grupe. Brojleri E-II i E-IV grupe koji su hranom pored toksina dobijali i 0,2% preparata za detoksikaciju MR imali su bolje prozvodne rezultate, ali do kraja ogleda nisu dostigli TM kontrolnih grupa. Najviše TM ostvarili su brojleri grupe koja je uz komercijalnu hranu dobijala i 0,2% preparata MR.Kod brojlera E-I, E-III i E-V grupa, detektovane su PH promene u duodenumu u vidu hiperemije i hemoragije enterocita, atrofije crevnih resica, umnožavanja peharastih ćelija crevnih resica, kao i kariopiknoze u Liberkinijevim kriptama. Promene u jetri zabeležene su u vidu mutnog bubrenja, vakuolarne degeneracije i nekroze, a takođe, je u žučnim kanalima detektovan deskvamativni holangitis i periholangitis dok je u intersticijmu jetre zabeležena periportalna fibroza. Promene u ćelijama srčanog mišića detektovane su u vidu degeneracije, infiltracija miokardiocita mononuklearima i hemoragije, dok se u ćelijama limfnih folikula BF zapažaju nekroza i apoptoza...

The aim of this dissertation was to examine the effectiveness of multi-component mycotoxin detoxification preparation (MR) in mitigating the adverse effects of AfB1 and T-2 toxins individually or in combination on health, production results, pathohistological changes in tissues and the presence of residues of these mycotoxins in broiler tissues.In vivo studies were conducted on a total number of 96 broilers divided into 8 groups. The E-I group received feed with 0,1 mg/kg AfB1, the E-II group received feed with 0,1 mg/kg AfB1 with the addition of 0,2% of the investigated new multi-component preparation for mycotoxin detoxification (MR). E-III group received feed with 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toxin, E-IV group received feed with 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toxin with the addition of 0,2% MR. E-V group received a combination of 0,1 mg/kg AfB1 + 0,5 mg/kg T-2 toxin, E-VI group received a combination of 0,1 mg/kg AfB1 + 0.5 mg/kg T-2 toxin with the addition of 0,2% MR. Control group (K), was feed diet without any additions throughout the study. The MR group received 0,2% of the MR preparation with feed. Broilers were measured weekly, the amount of feed ingested per day was recorded. After six weeks, broilers were sacrificed and then samples of the duodenum, liver, heart, and Bursa Fabricii were taken for histopathological examination, as well as samples of the pectoral muscles and liver to examine the residues of AfB1 and T-2 toxins and their metabolites.During the entire experiment, the worst production results were achieved by broilers of the E-V and E-VI groups, as well as broilers of the E-I and E-III groups. Broilers of the E-II and E-IV groups, which beside toxins received 0,2% of MR detoxification preparation with feed, had better production results, but by the end of the experiment they did not reach the body mass of the control groups. The highest body mass was achieved by broilers of the group, which, in addition to the commercial feed, also received 0,2% of MR preparation.In broilers of E-I, E-III and E-V groups, PH changes in the duodenum were detected in the form of hyperemia and hemorrhage of enterocytes, atrophy of the intestinal villi with multiplication of goblet cells of the intestinal villi, as well as karyopycnosis in the crypts of Liberkini. Changes in the liver are in the form of turbid swelling, vacuolar degeneration and necrosis, also desquamative cholangitis and pericholangitis were detected in the bile ducts, while periportal fibrosis was recorded in the interstitial tissue of the liver. Changes in the heart muscle cells are in the form of degeneration, myocardiocyte infiltration by mononuclears and hemorrhages, while hemorrhages, necrosis and apoptosis are observed in Bursa Fabricii lymphocyte cells.
