ABSTRACT Placenta-based skincare products have gained popularity and are advertised for their potential benefits in modern skincare. Previous work has shown that placenta-derived products can effectively reduce skin senescence, but few studies have specifically focused on the role of trophoblast-derived extracellular vesicles (TEVs) in that context.
