Sažetak : Intenzivna izgradnja autoputeva, sa primenom većih radijusa, uslovila je izgradnju većeg broja visokih nasipa.Visoki nasipi mogu prouzrokovati više problema vezanih za stabilnost kosina, sleganje, nosivost tla i dr. Jedan od značajnijih problema koji se mogu javiti kod ovih nasipa su oštećenja izazvana dejstvom zemljotresa. U okviru ovog rada, pored analize uticaja zemljotresa na nasipe, razmatra se stabilnost kosina nasipa pri uticajima zemljotresa. Analiziran je uticaj visine nasipa na vrednosti koeficijenata sigurnosti za stabilnost kosine nasipa.

Abstract: The intensive construction of highways, with the use of larger radii, has led to the construction of a number of high embankments. High embankments can cause many problems related to slope stability, settlement, bearing capacity of soil, etc. One of the major problems that can occur in case of high embankments is the damage caused by an earthquake excitation. In addition to analyzing the influence of earthquakes upon embankments, the paper deals with the stability of embankment slopes considering the effects of earthquakes, whereby the influence of the height of the embankment on the values of the safety factors for the stability of the slope of the embankment was analyzed.
