The role of educators in encouraging the development of children's social competence

Резиме: Питање социјалног аспекта развоја личности детета у фокусу је најновијих педагошких истраживања, а све су интензивнији и напори да се на овај захтев одговори кроз организовану педагошку делатност. У том смислу, у раду се методом теоријске анализе разматрају могућности развоја социјалне компетенције деце у предшколској установи. Понуђени су и одговарајући облици рада за које треба осопособљавати будуће васпитаче а који би требало да чине интегрални део васпитног рада са децом предшколског узраста.
Summary: The question of the social aspect of the development of the child's personality is the focus of the latest pedagogical research, and the efforts to respond to this demand through organized pedagogical activity are becoming more and more intense. In this sense, the paper discusses the possibilities of developing the social competence of children in a preschool institution using the method of theoretical analysis. Appropriate forms of work for which future educators should be trained and which should form an integral part of educational work with children of preschool age are also offered
