Abstract: In this paper, we present a web application for keeping track of the scientific activities of employees at the State University of Novi Pazar. There is a need for the recording the scientific work of researchers in a variety of purposes: election to the position, reappointment, promotion. This web application offers an automated process of storing the published scientific papers which have until now been performed manually. Thus, available papers can be presented according to different criteria (author, department, year) into a list of papers by selected criteria.
