RezimeVođeni idejom da je prevazilaženje tradicionalne pedagoške paradigme uslov za stvaranje novog kvaliteta u nastavi, pokušali smo da nastavu pedagoške grupe predmeta na Fakultetu likovnih umjetnosti baziramo na interaktivnim, integrativ-nim, a prije svega participativnim konceptima. Cilj našeg rada jeste da predstavi pokušaj poboljšanja kvaliteta nastave neumjetničkih predmeta, kroz učestvova-nje studenata u izboru tema i načina rada, putem kreativnog rada studenata, uz sopstvenu inicijativu i preduzimljivost. Takođe je bilo bitno nastavu orijentisati prema potrebama studenata, ali i potrebama tržišta rada i kulturološkim, tehno-loškim, privrednim i društvenim prilikama i projekcijama. Zaključci do kojih smo došli u akcionom istraživanju ukazuju na brojne prednosti participacije u pogledu jačanja motivisanosti, ličnih i stručnih kapaciteta i kompetencija svih aktera, kako u trenutku u kojem se istraživanje odvija, tako i u predviđanju kora-ka u daljem profesionalnom razvoju i profesora i studenata.

Abstract: Guided by the idea that overcoming traditional pedagogic paradigm is a precondition for creating additional quality in teaching, we made an attempt to found the group of pedagogic courses at the Faculty of Fine Arts on interactive, interrogative and most of all participative concepts. The aim of our paper is to present an attempt of improvement of teaching quality of non-art courses based on participation of students in selection of theme, teaching method, engagement of their creative skills, intuition and enterprise. The teaching was tailored to re-spond the students’ needs but market needs, too. It was also based on cultural, technological, economic and social environments and development strategies. The research results show there are many advantages of all-inclusive participation such as strengthening of motivation, strengthening of personal and professional competences etc. Such improvements were re-corded during the research and the players were able to foresee the next steps towards their professional development both teachers and students.
