Sažetak: Redovne fizičke aktivnosti treba da budu sastavni deo aktivnog načina života i kulturnog trošenja slobodnog vremena. Programi takvih aktivnosti se sve više i efikasnije primenjuju u prevenciji i otklanjanju zdravstvenih tegoba, naročito onih koje su posledica smanjenog kretanja, neadekvatne ishrane i prekomerne nervne napetosti. Brojna istraživanja su pokazala nove podatke o odnosu fizičke aktivnosti i kvaliteta života. Svaka osoba bi trebalo da upražnjava fizičku aktivnost umerenog intenziteta skoro svakodnevno 30 do 60 minuta, zato što su aktivni ljudi zdraviji i izdržljiviji, imaju pozitivniji stav prema poslu i bolje se nose sa svakodnevnim stresom. Aktivnost pomaže i da izgledate bolje, čini vas vitalnijim i srećnijim. Istraživanja su jasno pokazala kako fizička aktivnost utiče na poboljšanje zdravstvenog stanja i smanjuje rizika od mnogih bolesti. Aktivan život daje energiju, životnu snagu, menja negativne navike, poboljšava zdravlje, jača energiju i želju za životom. Cilj istraživanja je bio da se utvrde efekti redovne fizičke aktivnosti na organizam čoveka. Problem istraživanja je prikupljanje studija, analiza rezultata i analiza zaključaka do kojih su došli autori studija. Prikupljanje literature izvršeno je pomoću internet pretraživača, dostupnih radova u bazi Kobson, Google scolar i drugih dostupnih časopisa iz oblasti sportskih nauka. Metoda obrade podataka je deskriptivna, zato što se studije bave različitim programima vežbanja, kod ljudi različitih uzrasnih dobi, a testiranja su obavljena različitim mernim instrumentima, pa ne postoji mogućnost komparacije rezultata drugim metodama.

Abstract: Regular physical activities should be an integral part of an active lifestyle and the proper use of one’s time. Programs including such activities are more eff ectively being applied in the prevention and elimination of health problems, especially those that are the result of decreased movement, inadequate nutrition and excessive nervous tension. Numerous studies have revealed new information about the link between physical activity and quality of life. Each person would have to be involved in physical activity of moderate intensity most days for 30 to 60 minutes, because active people are more healthier and have higher endurance levels, have a positive attitude towards work and cope with everyday stress better. Activity helps you look better, makes you happier and more vital. Studies have clearly shown that physical activity aff ects health and reduces the risk of many diseases. An active life increases energy, vitality, helps change bad habits, improves health, and strengthens one’s energy and desire for life. Th e aim of this study was to determine the eff ects of regular physical activity on the human body. Th e subject matter of this study is the collection and analysis of results which the authors of various studies have obtained. Th e reviewed literature was collected using a web browser, and consisted of research work available in the Kobson database, through Google Scholar and in journals available in the fi eld of sports science. Th e method of treatment is descriptive because the studies involved a variety of training programs, people of diff erent ages, and tests carried out by diff erent measuring instruments, so there is no possibility of a comparison of the results by other means.
