Summary: This paper examines the poetic ways to incorporate fairy tale motives, topics, and characters into modern Serbian poetry for children. This research is directed towards different ways of interchange between the poetry and the referential texts taken from a certain fairy tale or fairy tale genre. By interpreting this dialogue, we aim to find out different ways in which the young reader’s experience can be engaged, and possibilities for the start of the new fairy tale reading. Considering the quantity of material, the goal of this paper is to list different types of intertextual dialogues, and to give the quantitative analysis of the dialogues where the problematization of the fairy tale patterns is most present.

Сажетак: У раду се разматрају типови поетског обликовања мотива, сижеа и ликова из бајке у савременој српској поезији за децу. Наше истраживање биће усмерено ка питању различитих типова дијалога поетског са референцијалним текстом одређене бајке или бајке као жанра. Њихово тумачење имаће за циљ расветљавање различитих праваца ангажовања читалачког искуства младог читаоца и могућих потенцијала за покретање новог читања бајке. С обзиром на ширину корпуса, циљ рада је да се попишу типови интертекстуалних веза, а да се у квалитативној анализи расветле поступци у којима је најприсутније проблематизовање образаца бајке.
