PROCES UPRAVLJANJA LJUDSKIM RESURSIMA U TEKSTILNOJ INDUSTRIJI: STUDIJA SLUČAJA NOVOPAZARSKIH PREDUZEĆA
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN TEXTILE INDUSTRY: CASE STUDY OF THE CITY OF NOVI PAZAR
Abstract: The main objective of this paper is to investigate the degree of acceptance of the HRM process in the textile industry. Considering the importance of human resources and their microeconomic aspect, the paper starts from the determinants of the labor market, as a macroeconomic category, to be exact the place where workers and employees interact with each other. Human resources management is the business process of planning, recruitment, selection and retaintion the right people who form the base of a skilled workforce. The empirical research was conducted on a sample of 10 successful companies from Novi Pazar in the textile industry through surveys of owners or responsible managers, gathering their opinions and business practices. The results of the study show that adequate human resource management have an impact on reducing unemployment in the textile industry. The results obtained are very useful to owners or responsible managers, as they emphasize the need for greater implementation of all activities in the HRM process, from planning and recruiting, through selection and training, to performance appraisal, remuneration and fluctuation.
Sažetak: Osnovni cilj ovog rada je da istraži stepen prihvatanja procesa upravljanja ljudskim resursima u tekstilnoj industriji. S obzirom na značaj ljudskih resursa i njihov mikroekonomski aspekt, u radu se polazi od determinanti tržišta rada, kao makroekonomske kategorije, odnosno mesta susreta poslodavaca i potencijalnih zaposlenih. Upravljanje ljudskim resursima predstavlja poslovni proces planiranja, pronalaženja, usavršavanja i zadržavanja pravih ljudi koji čine bazu kvalifi kovane radne snage. Empirijsko istraživanje je sprovedeno na uzorku od 10 uspešnih novopazarskih preduzeća u oblasti tekstilne industrije putem anketiranja vlasnika ili odgovornih menadžera, prikupljajući njihova mišljenja i poslovnu praksu. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da adekvatno upravljanje ljudskim resursima može uticati na smanjenje nezaposlenosti u tekstilnoj industriji. Dobijeni rezultati su vrlo korisni vlasnicima ili odgovornim menadžerima, jer oni naglašavaju potrebu za većom primenom svih aktivnosti u procesu upravljanja ljudskim resursima, počev od planiranja i regrutovanja, preko selekcije i obuke, do procene radnog učinka, nagrađivanja i fluktuacije.
