Zarade nastavnika kao determinanta kvaliteta obrazovnog procesa u Srbiji
APSTRAKT: Predmet rada jeste analiza zarade nastavnika u osnovnom i srednjem obrazovanju u Srbi- ji. Cilj rada jeste da na osnovu odgovarajućih indikatora ukaže na cenjenost nastavničke profesije shodno zaradi koju nastavno osoblje u Srbiji ostvaruje. Značaj ovakve analize se tiče činjenice da zarada nastavnika predstavlja važnu determinantu kvaliteta obrazovnog procesa. Rezultati analize ukazuju da je zarada nastavnika u osnovnom i srednjem obra- zovanju, posmatrano kako apsolutno tako i relativno, nisko cenjena. Jedno od mogućih objašnjenja ovakvog stanja se tiče izražene feminizacije nastavničke profesije u Srbiji
ABSTRACT: The subject of the paper is the analysis of teachers’ salary in primary and secondary education in Serbia. The aim of this paper is to show the appreciation of the teaching profession using the appropriate indicators related to the salary of teaching staff in Ser- bia. The importance of this analysis is based on the fact that teachers’ salary represents a significant determinant of the educational process quality. The results of the analysis indicate that the salary of teachers in primary and secondary education in Serbia are underestimated in both absolute and relative terms. One of the possible explanations for this situation concerns the pronounced feminization of the teaching profession in Serbia.
