Razvijanje spoljnotrgovinske saradnje između Srbije i Evroazijske ekonomske unije

ABSTRACT: The subject of this paper is the analysis of the trade exchange that Serbia has achieved with the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. One of the most important elements of the economic cooperation increase and particularly, trade volume` increase, was the signing of the Agreement on the creation of a free trade zone. Serbia’s trade with this group of countries over the past twenty years has been largely determined by already established cooperation, as well as by adequate adjustment of the Agreements, which have been signed on several occasions, following numerous changes in membership and in the depth of integration of today’s EAEU members. Opportunities for the cooperation improvement are largely determined by the structure of the Agreement, which is based on precisely defined rights and obligations of the signatories, while protecting their indi- vidual interests. According to its content, the Agreement defines all those elements that are determined by other agreements on the creation of free trade zones, with priority given to the provisions of the GATT and the World Trade Organization.

APSTRAKT: Predmet ovog rada je analiza dosadašnje spoljnotrgovinske razmene koju je Srbija ostva- rila sa zemljama članicama Evroazijske ekonomske unije. Jedan od najznačajnijih ele- menata za povećanje ekonomske saradnje, a posebno spoljnotrgovinske razmene, bilo je potpisivanje sporazuma o stvaranju zone slobodne trgovine. Spoljnotrgovinska razmena koju je Srbija ostvarila sa ovom grupom zemalja, poslednjih dvadesetak godina, bila je u velikoj meri određena već ustanovljenom saradnjom, ali i adekvatnim prilagođavanjem sporazuma koji su potpisivani u više navrata, prateći i brojne promene članstva, kao i stepena integrisanja zemalja današnje EAEU. Mogućnosti za unapređenje saradnje u velikoj meri su određene i samom strukturom Sporazuma, koji je baziran na precizno definisanim pravima i obavezama strana potpisinica, uz zaštitu njihovih pojedinačnih interesa. Sporazum po svojoj sadržini definiše sve one elemente koje definišu i ostali sporazumi o stvaranju zona slobodne trgovine, uz davanje prioriteta odredbama GATT-a i Svetske trgovinske organizacije.
