У раду се разматрају основни конструктивни елементи и педагошки аспекти које треба имати у виду у развијању комуникационих компетенција ученика. Теоријско-научна анализа показује да појам „комуникациона компетенција“ представља сложен систем међусобно повезаних знања, навика, вештина и способности. Посебно су студиозно разматрани они елементи комункацоне компетентности који су битни за интеракцију наставник-ученик, дакле за педагошки комуникациони чин. Педагошки аспекти проучавања проблема развијања комуникационих компетенција ученика имплицирају проучавање круцијалних проблема развијања комуникационих компетенција ученика које се односе превасходно на: структуру, врсту и смер педагошке комуникације у васпитно-образовном процесу у школи; дидактичко-методичке аспекте развијања комуникационих компетенција; положај, улоге и међусобне односе наставника и ученика у васпитно-образовном процесу који детерминишу квалитет успешности развијања комуникационих компетенција ученика и психосоцијалну климу одељења у коме се одвија процес развијања комуникационих компетенција ученика. У емпиријском делу истраживања испитивани су услови који детерминишу квалитет комуницирања и комуникациона компетентност ученика завршних разреда основне школе и наставника. Факторском анализом као и анализом варијансе добијени су индикативни резултати и статистички значајне корелације између независних и зависних варијабли.

This paper examines the basic constructive elements and pedagogic aspects always to have in mind when developing the students’ communicative competences. Theoretical and scientific analysis have shown that the concept of “communicative competence” presents a complex system of mutualy inter-connected knowledges, habits, skills and abilities. The study has particularly examined those elements of communicative competences which are of crucial importance for the interaction between teacher and the student , that is for the pedagogical communicative act. Pedagogic aspects in research of the problem known as development of the students’ communicative competences, have implied that it is quite necessary to investigate the crucial problems, when it comes to development of communicative competences among the students, particularly refering to: structure, type and the aim of pedagogical communication in the educational process at school; didactical and methodological aspects of communicational competences development; positions, roles and mutual relations between teachers and students within the educational process, which determine the quality and success of communicative competence development among the students, as well as the psycho-social atmosphere of the class where the development is taking place. The empirical part of the thesis examines the conditions which determine the quality of communication and communicative competence among the final year students at the elementary school and their teachers, likewise. By means of factor and variance analysis, indicative results have been gathered as well as statistically significant correlations between the independent and dependent variables.
