Postoje četiri vrste dokaza (adila) iz kojih proističe fikh: Kuran i suna, a njih dvoje su osnova na koju se pozivaju moralno odgovorni (mukalafun) i na kojima je podignuta njihova religija. Zatim slede konsenzus (idžma) i ispravna i valjana anologija (al-kijasu s-sahih), pri čemu su njih dvoje proistekli iz Kurana i sune. Većina važnih pravila (ahkam) ukazuje na te četiri vrste dokaza (adila). Ona se ukazuju tekstovima (nusus) iz Kurana i sune pa naučnici o njima postižu konsenzus (idžma) i na njih se ukazuje ispravnom i valjanom analogijom (al-kijasu s-sahih). Godina izdavanja:1550.

The adillah (evidences) that fiqh is derived from are four: The Book and the Sunnah, and these two are the foundation by which the mukallafoon (the morally responsible) are addressed, and upon which is built their Religion. Then ijmaa' (consensus) and al-qiyaasus-saheeh (sound and correct analogy), these two are derived from the Book and the Sunnah. The majority of the important ahkaam (rulings) are indicated to by these four adillah (evidences). They are indicated to by the nusoos (texts) from the Book and the Sunnah; and the Scholars have ijmaa' (consensus) about them, and they are indicated to by qiyaasus-saheeh (sound and correct analogy).
