This paper deals with Serbian icon painting from the restoration of Patriarchate of Peć (1557) until the Great Migration (1690). It represents the results of a research conducted in order to understand the scope, nature and course of icon painting activities of Serbian zografs. It is divided into discussion and the additions. In the Addition 1 are the main catalog of icons signed in Serbian church-slavonic language in the territory under the jurisdiction of the Patriarchs of Peć, which are for the first time gathered in one place, and appendices to this catalog. These appendices contain works from Macedonia that couldn’t be attributed to Serbian icon painters with certainty (I), mapped royal doors (II) and Chilandar icons of Serbian painters produced between years 1557. and 1690 (III). In the Addition 2 are maps, tables and colored plates. The discussion is structured through chapters: Historiography, Restoration of the Patriarchate of Peć and artistic circumstances, Temes and Iconography, Developmental lines of Serbian icon painting and Concluding considerations. The summary of Serbian icon painting study dynamics in science and the display of artistic circumstances during the age of restored Patriarchate of Peć precede the chapter that analyzes the thematic content stored on icons: representations of Christ, the Virgin, Christological and Mariological themes, angels, prophets, the Old and the New Testament Trinity, apostles, bishops, holy warriors, physicians, martyrs, the greath schema saints, Ecumenical councils and Christian rulers. Particularly significant are representations of saint Serbs, primarly those of Nemanjić dinasty: St. Simeon Nemanja, St. Sava of Serbia and St. Stefan of Dečani, which as well as few historical and donor portraits make the domestic production distinctive in relation to the post-Byzantine icon painting in general. At this point separately are discussed themes and iconography of saved altar barriers and its parts: the Royal Doors, icons above Royal Doors, the Deesis row and iconostasis Crosses. In the light of new findings related to the post-Byzantine icon painting in Macedonia we tried to separate the achievements of Serbian icon painters from those that belong to the Ohrid Archbishopic icon painting...

Овај рад бави се српским иконописом од обнове Пећке патријаршије (1557) до Велике Сеобе (1690). У њему се представљају резултати истраживања спроведеног у циљу сагледавања обима, природе и токова иконописачке активности српских зографа. Подељен је на расправни део и Прилоге. У Прилогу 1 су основни каталог иконa сигнираних српскословенским језиком са територије под јурисдикцијом пећких патријараха, које су први пут прикупљенe на једном месту, и његови апендикси. У апендиксима су дела из Македоније која није било могуће са сигурношћу приписати српским иконописцима (I), пресликане царске двери (II) и хиландарске иконе српских сликара настале између 1557. и 1690. године (III). У Прилогу 2 су карте, табеле и табле у боји. Расправни део је структурисан кроз поглавља: Историографија, Обнова Пећке патријаршије и уметничке прилике, Тематика и иконографија, Развојне линије српског иконописа и Завршна разматрања. Преглед динамике проучавања српског иконописа у науци и приказ уметничких прилика у доба обновљене Пећке патријаршије претходе поглављу у коме се анализирају тематски садржаји сачувани на иконама: прикази Христа, Богородице, Христолошких и Мариолошких тема, анђела, пророка, Старозаветне и Новозаветне Тројице, апостола, архијереја, светих ратника, лекара, мученика и мученица, великосхимника, Васељенских сабора и хришћанских владара. Особито су значајне представе светих Срба, пре свих Немањића - св. Симеона Немање, св. Саве Српског и св. Стефана Дечанског, које уз малобројне историјске и ктиторске портрете домаћу продукцију чине карактеристичном у односу на поствизантијски иконопис у целини. На овом месту засебно се разматрају тематика и иконографија сачуваних олтарских преграда и њихових делова: царских двери, надверја, Деизисних чинова и иконостасних крстова. У светлости нових открића везаних за поствизантијски иконопис у Македонији покушали смо да одвојимо остварења српских сликара од оних која припадају иконопису Охридске архиепископије...
