Стварање терминологије захтева разумевање концептуализације на којој почива људско знање у предметној области. Како се терминологија бави језиком струке у посебној области знања, техничка документација је незамислива без стандардизованих терминолошких израза па је, стога неопходно да се формира терминологија потребног нивоа квалитета. Стварање модела стандардизације терминологије менаџмента у организацији има за циљ омогућавање споразумевања на квалитетан и разумљив начин у свим областима људског живота. У првом сегменту модела дефинисали смо предмет и циљ истраживања као и начин реализације истраживања како бисмо, на основу њихових резултата дали предлог за стварање могућег модела стандардизације терминологије менаџмента у организацији. Други сегмент модела односи се на дефинисање и вредновање термина, анализу утицаја других језика а нарочито интернационализама, па, упоредо са тим, разматра појаву превођења термина по сваку цену, погрешну употребу страних речи у српском језику, појаву терминолошких синонима и процес документовања терминолошких информација. Трећи сегмент модела одређује појам стандардизације, преглед поступака у процесу стандардизације, наглашава потребу за стандардизовањем термина у употреби, изради речника у одговарајућим областима и наводи значајне међународне, европске и српске стандарде. Четврти сегмент модела истиче потребу за утврђивањем значаја терминологије менаџмента у организацији, даје пресек стања терминолошке изграђености у менаџменту организације, испитује разлоге њене неуједначености и неједнозначности и истиче неопходност стварања одговарајућих терминосистема. Пети сегмент разматра однос између стандардизације и терминологије менаџмента у организацији, стање терминолошке изграђености и анализира основна терминилошка начела. Шести сегмент модела приказује апликативни део дисертације и даје конкретне прилоге развоју модела стандардизације терминологије у области менаџмента организације са приказаним институционалним и нормативним компонентама модела. У постављању могућег модела стандардизације терминологије менаџмента у организацији придржавали смо се принципа за терминолошки рад који су дати у наведеним стандардима. Аутор ове докторске дисретације не жели да прејудицира било каква друга решења већ даје свој допринос постављању могућег модела стандардизације из угла и у области само једног језичког сегмента па је тако оријентација дисертације да представи објективну слику употребе терминологије у организацији као и да пружи реалан и објективан приступ проблематици у одговарајућој језичкој средини.

The creation of terminology requires an understanding of the underlying conceptualization of human knowledge in the subject area. As the terminology deals with the language in a special area of knowledge, technical documentation is unacceptable without standardized terminology and is therefore, imperative to form its required quality level. By creating a model of standardization of management terminology in organization, aims at providing communication and understanding in a comprehensive way in all areas of human life. The first segment of the model defines the subject and the goal of the research and the way of conducting it in order to give a proposal for a possible model for standardization of the terminology of management in organization, based on its results. The second segment of the model refers to defining and evaluation of terms, the analysis of the influence of other languages, occurrence of internationalisms, and, in line, considers the calque translation of terms, misuse of foreign words in Serbian, the occurrence of terminological synonyms and the process of documenting terminological information. The third segment of the model defines the term standardization, and presents the overview of the phases in the process of standardization. It emphasizes the need for standardization of the terms which are in use, creation of lexicography in specific areas and lists the significant international, European and Serbian standards. The fourth segment of the model emphasizes the need for determining the importance of the terminology of management in organization, analyses its current state, aims at determining the reasons for the lack of its uniformity and meaning, and points out the necessity of understanding the appropriate terminological systems. The fifth segment discusses the relationship between standardization and terminology of management in organization, the developmental level of the terminological system and presents the basic terminological guidelines. The sixth segment of the model presents the conducted research and its results, defines the institutional and normative features of the model, giving agreeably the basis for the development of the model of standardization of terminology in the area of management in organization. When contributing to a possible model of standardization of management terminology in organization, we adhere to the principles of terminology work presented in the standards. The intention of the author of this doctoral dissertation is not to prejudge any other solutions, but only to contribute to building a possible model and, therefore, the overall orientation of the dissertation is to present a fair view on the use of terminology in organization and provide realistic and objective approach to the problem in the appropriate linguistic environment.
