Modeliranje, odnosno profilisanje motoričkih sposobnosti je u dubokoj vezi sa dugoročnim razvojem sportiste i identifikacijom talenata zato što može da doprinese prepoznavanju pojedinaca koji su bolji od većine svojih vršnjaka u određenoj sportskoj grani. Veliki deo aktuelnih istraživanja, vezanih za motoričke sposobnosti u odbojci, procenjuje dve do tri sposobnosti i time se ograničava u smislu sveobuhvatnosti motoričkog prostora sportske grane. U kontekstu tih nedostataka u „pokrivanju“ kompletnog motoričkog prostora odbojkaške igre, kao i elitnog uzorka populacije iz Srbije, pojavljuje se potreba za istraživanjem koje će da obuhvati sve dominantne, a karakteristčne motoričke sposobnosti i normira njihove rezultate u funkciji uzrasta, time definišući selekcione kriterijume u tom sportu. Ciljevi ovog istraživanja su: Predstaviti normativne vrednosti rezultata testova opštih (kontraktilni potencijali) i specifičnih motoričkih sposobnosti odbojkaša i odbojkašica po uzrasnim kategorijama. Definisati motorički profil odbojkaša i odbojkašica različitog uzrasta, kao i selekcione kriterijume na osnovu normativnih vrednosti motoričkih sposobnosti. Uzorak ispitanika je bio podeljen po polu (muškarci N=112, žene N=371) i po uzrasnim kategorijama u četiri grupe: ispod 15 godina (U15), ispod 17 godina (U17), ispod 19 godina (U19) i ispod 21 godine (U21). Ispitanici su izvodili 10 testova i to tri testa za procenu kontraktilnih potencijala (opštih motoričkih sposobnosti): Dinamometrija stiska šake (HG), Dinamometrija opružača leđa i kuka (LB), Dinamometrija opružača u skočnom zglobu (AE) i sedam testova za procenu specifičnih motoričkih sposobnosti: Pretklon u sedu (PuS), Iskret palicom (Iskr), modifikovani X test (X), Skok sa počučnjem sa zamahom rukama (CMJa), Skok sa počučnjem bez zamaha rukama (CMJ), Skok iz polučučnja (SJ), Bacanje medicinke (BM). Deskriptivnim pokazateljima su izračunate normativne vrednosti svih testova za uzrasne kategorije (U15, U17, U19, U21) oba pola. Rezultati motoričkih sposobnosti su grupisani po srodnosti na opšte (kontraktilni potencijali) i specifične motoričke sposobnosti, nakon čega su matematičkim modelovanjem transformisane u jedinstvene Skor vrednosti. Modeling, ie profiling of motor abilities, is profoundly connected with the long term athlete development and talent identification because it can contribute to the recognition of individuals who are better than most of their peers in a certain sport. Much of the current research, related to motor skills in volleyball, evaluates two to three abilities and is thus limited in terms of the comprehensiveness of the given sports motor area. In the context of these shortcomings in "covering" the entire motor area of volleyball, as well as the elite sample of the population from Serbia, there is a need for research that will include all dominant and characteristic motor abilities and offer normative data as a function of age, thus defining selection criteria in the sport. The aims of this research are: To present normative data of general (contractile potentials) and specific motor abilities of male and female volleyball players by age categories. To define the motor profile of volleyball players of different ages, as well as selection criteria based on normative data of motor abilities. The sample of subjects was divided by gender (men N = 112, women N = 371) and by age categories into four groups: under 15 (U15), under 17 (U17), under 19 (U19) and under 21 (U21). Subjects performed 10 tests, three tests to assess contractile potentials (general motor abilities): Dynamometry of hand grip (HG), Dynamometry of back and hip extensors (LB), Dynamometry of ankle extensors (AE) and seven tests to assess specific motor abilities: Sit and Reach (PuS), Shoulder Flexibility (Iskr), modifikovani X Test (X), Countermovement Jump with Arm-swing (CMJa), Countermovement Jump without Arm-swing (CMJ), Squat Jump (SJ), Medicine Ball Throw (BM). Descriptive statistics of normative data of all tests for age categories (U15, U17, U19, U21) of both genders were calculated. The results of motor abilities are grouped into general (contractile potentials) and specific motor abilities, after which they are transformed into unique Score values by mathematical modeling.
