Предмет ове дисертације је целокупно дело српског песника, романописца, приповедача, есејисте, преводиоца, теоретичара и тумача књижевности Драгана Стојановића. У истраживању се поставља и доказује теза да Стојановићево дело, узето у целини, показује хомоген раст из истог извора, концентрацију сличних особина и висок степен смисаоног и стилског јединства. Ауторов опус посматра се као својеврстан кабинет са огледалима, при чему се успоставља идејна, поетичка, тематска, мотивска и стилска премреженост литерарног и теоријског дела, и тумаче различите фасете значења настале њиховим међусобним огледањем. Предмет истраживања су три најзначајније Стојановићеве теме – лепота, срећа и љубав – а у средишту интересовања је пишчево схватање љубави, изражено у теоријској форми, назначено у поезији и мотивски конкретизовано у прозном делу. На основу форми љубави Верене Каст, теоријски заснованих у аналитичкој психологији, у дисертацији се поставља теза да Стојановићево схватање љубави одговара типу „љубави без речи“, односно љубави као „вечном загрљају“. Наглашено је да аутор љубав не разуме само као осећање, већ пре свега као однос према свету и начин живота, у чијем средишту је доживљај сједињавања естетских и етичких вредности лепог и доброг. Такође је истакнута кључна улога чулне љубави за постизање тренутака „егзистенцијалне засићености“...

The subject of this doctoral dissertation are the complete works of Dragan Stojanović, the Serbian poet, novelist, author of short stories and novellas, essayist, translator, theoretician and interpreter of literature. The research sets out to prove the thesis that Stojanović’s works, taken as a whole, show a homogeneous development from the same root, a concentration of similar features and a high degree of ideational and stylistic unity. Stojanović’s oeuvre is seen as a specific kind of hall of mirrors: the dissertation demonstrates the network of different themes, motifs, poetics and concepts in the writer’s literary and theoretical works, and analyses different facets of meaning generated from mirroring effect. The research treats the three most relevant themes in the writer’s oeuvre – beauty, happiness and love – with the primary focus on his understanding of love, which is defined in theoretical form, expressed in poetry and concretized in prose fiction. Based on Verena Kast’s theory of love patterns, which applies analytical psychology, the dissertation argues that Stojanović’s understanding of love corresponds with the type of “the love without words”, that is, love as “eternal embrace”. The study stresses that Stojanović understands love not only as a feeling but rather as an attitude towards the world and a way to live, the essential element of which is the experience of unity of aesthetic and ethic values of the beautiful and the good.
