Kritičko izdanje Alexanders geesten, jedne od mnogo verzija srednjovekovne Aleksandride. Napisao je Jakob van Marlant, najznačajniji flamanski pesnik iz 13. veka i jedan od najznačajnijih autora koji su pisali na srednjeholandskom. Njegova Alexanders geesten je prilagođena verzija Alexandreis Gotjea de Šatijona. Urednik je bio nemački filolog Johanes Frank (1854–1914), autor nekoliko značajnih dela iz oblasti gramatike i književnosti na srednjeholandskom Godina izdavanja: 1882.

A critical edition of the Alexanders geesten, one of a many versions of the medieval Alexander romance written by Jacob van Maerlant, the greatest Flemish poet of the 13th century and one of the most important Middle Dutch authors. His Alexanders geesten is in fact adaptation of the Gautier de Châtillon’s Alexandreis. The editor was a German philologist Johannes Franck (1854–1914), the author of several important works on Middle Dutch grammar and literature. Year of publishing: 1882
