Srednjovekovna Aleksandrida koju je nemački filolog Adolf Ausfeld (1855–1904) preradio u popularno izdanje za omladinu. Ausfeld je posebno bio zainteresovan za istorijski razvoj Aleksandride, uglavnom za njene grčke verzije, a napisao je i nekoliko važnih dela na tu temu. Knjigu je posthumno objavio filolog Ulrih Bernajs (1881–1948). Godina izdavanja: 1908.

A story of the medieval Alexander romance, re-written in a style suitable for younger readers by a German classical philologist Adolf Ausfeld (1855–1904). Ausfeld was especially interested in the history of development of the Alexander romance, mostly of its Greek versions, and he wrote several important works on that subject. The book is posthumously published by a philologist Ulrich Bernays (1881–1948). Year of publishing: 1908.
