A short study of the Alexander the Great’s letter to Aristotle about the wonders of India in the Historia de preliis, the most widespread Latin version of the Alexander romance, written by Heinricha Becker, a professor from Königsberg (today Kaliningrad in Russia). Becker also analyzes the episode with the letter in the other versions of the Alexander romance. Year of publishing: 1906.
