Предмет докторске дисертације је поетика прозе Воје Чолановића, по многим одликама специфична и репрезентативна за српску књижевност друге половине 20. века. Прозном опусу Воје Чолановића (1922−2014), који чине романи и приповетке, припада значајно место у приповедном систему српске књижевности друге половине 20. и почетка 21. века. За више од пола столећа стваралачког рада, В. Чолановић је углавном сматран апартним писцем, а његово дело било је предмет тумачења ретких књижевних критичара. Тек од Нинове награде за роман Зебња на расклапање (1988) може се пратити нешто шире и доследније интересовање српске критике за Чолановићеву прозу. Међутим, поетика прозе Воје Чолановића није до сада била предмет обухватнијег научног разматрања, нити јој је, углавном, у књижевноисторијским текстовима и релевантним прегледима српске књижевности посвећена одговарајућа пажња. Циљ истраживања састојао се у томе да се што помнијом анализом Чолановићевих прозних остварења сагледају домети његовог стваралаштва у контексту српске књижевности од четрдесетих година 20. века до прве деценије 21. века...

The subject of doctoral dissertation is the poetics of the prose of Voja Čolanović, in many aspects specific and representative for the Serbian literature of the second half of the 20th century. The prose work of Voja Čolanović (1922−2014), which consists of novels and stories, belongs to the important place in the narrative system of Serbian literature of the second half of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century. For more than half a century of creative work, V. Čolanović was mostly considered a writer apart, and his work was the subject of the interpretation of rare literary critics. Only after the NIN Award for the novel Zebnja na rasklapanje (Dismantle anxiety, 1988) a wider and more consistent interest of the Serbian criticism for Čolanović's prose can be seen. However, the poetics of prose by Voja Čolanović has not been the subject of more extensive scientific research so far, nor has it been given adequate attention in literaryhistorical texts and relevant reviews of Serbian literature. The aim of the research was to examine the scope of his work in the context of Serbian literature from the 1940s until the first decade of the 21st as much as possible by analyzing Čolanović's prose works...
