The asl (fundamental principle) concerning commands in the Book and the Sunnah is that they are indicative of a wujoob (obligation), except if there isan evidence to indicate to it being mustahabb (recommended) of mubaah (permissible) The asl concerning prohibitions is that they are indicative oftahreem (forbiddance), except if there is an evidence indicating it beingmakrooh (hated). The aslgoverning kalaam (speech) is that it is to be taken upon itshaqeeqah (literal sense). Year of publishing: 1559.
Fundamentalno načelo (asl) koje se odnosi na zapovesti u Kuranu i sunu predstavlja to da one ukazuju na obavezu (vudžub) osim u slučaju da postoji neki dokaz koji ukazuje na to da je preporučen (mustahab) od onog što je dozvoljeno (muba). Asl koji se odnosi na zabrane ukazuje na zabranu (tahrim) osim ako ne postoji dokaz koji ukazuje na to da je omražen (makruh). Asl koji vlada govorom (kalam) jeste takav da bi ga trebalo uzeti u obzir u doslovnom smislu (hakika). Godina izdavanja: 1559.
