The Shahada includes three Islamic teachings, Tawhid, Nabuwat and Imamate. In this belief, the Nabi, Muhammad and the imams are so linked together that these cannot be viewed separately. One leads to the other and finally to God, "God", the Almighty.In one of the Qibla of Ma'ad al-MustansirBillah of the Fatimid Caliphate, the Mosque of IbnTulun, was engraved his name and the phrase kalema-tut-sahadat, giving specific importance to the third phrase Ali -un-wali-ul -lah hence to the Imamate. Šahada podrazumeva tri islamska učenja, tavhid, nabuvat i imamat. U tom verovanju nabi, Muhamed i imami su tako međusobno povezani da se ne mogu sagledavati odvojeno. Jedan vodi do drugog i konačno do Boga, Svemogućeg. U jednoj kibli Maada al-Mustansira Bilaha iz fatimidskog halifata, Ibn Tulunove džamije urezano je njegovo ime i frazakalamatu š-šahada čime se pridaje poseban značaj trećoj frazi Ali -un-wali-ul -lah, što znači imamatu.
