Ступањем на правну снагу плана реорганизације настају специфичне правне последице у свим правним областима. У оквирима овог рада аутор анализира правну природу плана реорганизације, утицај плана на дужности чланова реорганизационе управе, на субјекта реорганизације, власнике друштва у реорганизацији, на потраживања према стечајном дужнику. Осим тога реорганизација подразумева посебна дејства на трећа лица и средства обезбеђења обавеза дужника, на радне односе, порески режим и дејства на судске, арбитражне и управне поступке. Резултат истраживања је sui generis правна природа плана реорганизације и битно другачији правни положај учесника у реорганизацији у односу на општи режим који важи за солвентна привредна друштва и у односу на стечајни режим у виду банкротства.

Legal effect of the entering of plan of reorganization into the legal force are specific legal consequences in all legal areas. Within the scope of this dissertation, the author analysis the legal nature of reorganization plan, effects of the plan on duties of directors in reorganization, on the subject of reorganization, owners of the debtor, on claims towards the debtor. Besides that, reorganization has special effects on third parties and securities, on employment relations, tax regime and effects on judicial, arbitral and administration procedures. The result of the survey is that the nature of plan of reorganization is sui generis and the legal position of subjects which participate in reorganization is quite different from the one in a general regime prescribed for solvent companies and from the regime for insolvency proceedings in a form of a bankruptcy.
